Vấn nạn cờ bạc đã gây nên bao nhiêu sự đỗ vỡ, đau thương, những mái ấm gia đình bị tan nát của nhiều người trong cộng đồng Viet Nam. Hiệp Hội Tương Trợ Người Đông Dương Springvale (SICMAA) đã kết hợp với cơ quan Link Health & Commnunity để nói lên những cảm xúc của sự đau khổ, tuyệt vọng do vấn nạn cờ bạc gây nên qua sự diễn xuất cuả những diễn viên không chuyên nghiệp do sự chỉ đạo cuả cô Catherine Simonds đễ khuyến khích họ đi tìm sự hỗ trợ để xây dựng lại cuộc sống

Problem gambling has caused many unspoken pain, devastation and has destroyed the happiness of many Vietnamese problem gamblers and their families. SICMAA Inc has worked together with Link Health & Community to use powerful way of performance art by theatre director Catherine Simonds to create short scenes which brings the hidden problem of gambling to the light and help to prevent problem gambling, facilitate positive changes and restore family harmony in the Vietnamese community
